IQ 2.0 Update: Carriage Power Supply Change

 

D&S has implemented an update to the IQ 2.0 carriage power supply.

 

Summary

The IQ 2.0 carriage power supply has been updated to align with the power supply currently used on the IQ MAX Large Vehicle Wash system.

 

The new power supply (ELP1004) offers several advantages, including:

  • More compact design
  • Fanless operation
  • Improved expected service life

Please note: This change has already been implemented in current production units.

Installation & Service Information

The updated configuration applies to all applicable IQ 2.0 systems moving forward. 

Please review the updated wiring diagram associated with this power supply change prior to service work.
