FEATURE OVERVIEW
The Carriage Wheel Rinse delivers a targeted rinse, with no chemical, to carriage wheels to extend the life of the wheels and rails.
Operation:
On the Soft Touch version of the IQ, this new rinse function is coupled with the brush rinse feature.
On a Touch Free version of the IQ the rinse is on a new separate circuit and the recipe can be updated/altered on the pumpstand.
Action Required:
Factory Installed: All IQ 2.0 systems ordered after September 15, 2025, will include the Carriage Wheel Rinse pre-installed.
Retrofit Availability: Existing IQ 2.0 operators may contact D&S Parts & Service for retrofit options and installation guidance.
