Upgraded Push Lock Fittings on IQ 2.0 and Large Vehicle Wash Systems

Summary:

As part of our ongoing commitment to product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, D&S is implementing an upgrade to our Push Lock Fittings across all product lines.

Beginning with IQ 2.0 Car Wash Packages and Large Vehicle Wash (LVW) systems shipping in September 2025, units will include the new generation of Push Lock Fittings.

Background:

To enhance performance and long-term reliability, the upgraded fittings are constructed from higher-grade materials and feature more robust seal designs—delivering greater durability, leak resistance, and ease of use.

This improvement follows feedback from key distributor partners and has been validated through both bench and field testing to ensure consistent, high-quality results in all operating environments.
